After updating to 10.3.2 I've noticed that the fan on my Rev B 12" never comes on! Very strange. I've also noticed that, as a result, it is running much warmer.

Is there any way I can test the fan to see if it has been damaged (unlikely but possible). I'm playing a DVD right now - at which point the fan would normally get going - and still, the fan refuses to start. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Do you have the hardware test cd? I have an iBook G4 and I know my fan has yet to come on. But when I ran the hardware test and during the logic board of the test, I heard the fann kick on for a min.

Now I don't know if the test is the same on the PBs.

This is strange.
My fan refuses to come on! Temperature Monitor says the CPU temperature is just about 120 degrees. What should I do?

Thanks,
BKB.
