The new beta which is now supposed to support Panther, no longer runs on my PowerMac G4 (Sawtooth model) with Tiger. I get the message: "Your graphics card does not meet the minimum spec required to run Google Maps." The earlier beta ran fine on my Mac. I definitely understand that they cannot support old cards. Too bad, I am going to miss playing with Google Maps.

Thinine,

Yes, I meant "Google Earth." And, oops, I spoke too soon. I did not read the complete message. All I had to do was press the "esc" key to dismiss the message. Google Earth Runs fine.

The new version did the same with me, even though I have a Radeon 8500. ESC and it runs also.
