I am not sure where to go so I am posting this here. I read about a program that was similar to timbuktu, but it is a beta or shareware. It allows a person to control one mac over a network with another mac. I read about it in Mac Addict or Macworld, but I do not remember what it is. I have an iBook (600 mhz, 384MB, 10.2) and an iMac (266 mhz 96MB, 9.2) and I want to be able to access/control the iMac from the iBook. If I have to use classic so be it. Anyone remember or ever heard of this? Thanks

Apple Remote Desktop is not shareware. OSXVNC, however, is, and it's probably what you're thinking of.
