I want McDonald's to bring back the Arch Deluxe. (circa 1995-96: special sesame potato bun, full lettuce leaves, cheese, ketchup, onions, tomato, special mayo-mustard sauce, and pepper-bacon). It was, IMHO, better a deal (about a dollar cheaper) than a Wendy's Big Bacon Classic.

The Arch was good, the biggest waste of a burger is a "Big N Tasty" I think this burger was a ploy to try to corner a certain part of the consumer market.

I just got done finishing Super Size Me.

Funny stuff... but I do admit that I enjoy a Wendy's from time to time. Their chicken sandwich is da' bomb.

Basically, it's a hot dog bun with lettuce and lobster salad (lobster meat and mayo). I've only seen it sold in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. They usually sell it every summer.

I've never had a McRib. Can't even remember the last time that I was at McDonald's.

The McRib, shaped as though it has bones, but is boneless. It's always been a mystery to me.

I wish Burger King would bring back Burger Buddies and KFC would resurrect Chicken Littles.

Chicken Littles are still sold at a Franchise around here, I love them.

How about Taco Bell's Frito Burrito?

I think the best thing out of Taco Bell .. was that Border Wrap out a buncha years ago ... that thing was small for the 3-4 bucks that it cost, but was almost as good as an authentic burrito that i can grab in the mission district in san francisco (lots of mexican immigrants)... for the size/price .. i bet it didnt sell well..

I liked the 99cent jumbo jack ... it was the best bang for the buck at the time .. juicy burger that tasted good (mcdonalds is usually dry) big on meat and everything else ... all for a buck and 8 cents for california's tax.

now it costs a 1.29 and 1.40 after tax .. no real improvements ... although they claim they made some. i guess they realize people were ordering several jumbo jacks instead of meals because it was a better, tastier, and cheaper to do that.

Mc Rib? .. we ate stuff like that for school lunches ... wait... correction .. we poor kids ate that for school lunch while other kids brought "lunchables" hahaa ... McRibs ... yeah ... it was government school lunch in the san francisco unified school district ... just not sure if we had the bbq sauce that mcdonalds mcrib has ... i think we got bbq sauce packets ...

McRib time is the only time I will eat at McD's. They are soooooo good. Same with KFC and their popcorn chicken.
McD's has some interesting stuff on their menu around the world. I'm curious about Chicken McFu and Chicken McCurry. http://www.burgerschachteln.de/Burger/
I usually avoid US fast food when overseas, but after seeing that page I might have to start sneaking in for a quick meal.

McGriddles rrrock. Those and Breakfast Burritos.

I agree that the Big N' Tasty sucks. Terrible burger.

I'm not quite sure what the big deal is about the McRib. As someone else said it tasted like something dished up at a elementary school cafeteria.

Don't try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.

Just take a ground up pig fetus and slather it with corn syrup. You'll find it's a very satisfying substitute.

We have not had McRibs in the UK since about 1995. I did like them now and again, but was always dubious about the meat in them...

If I were to pick an item of fast food to eat now, it would be the BK Chicken Whopper with Cheese... Although I have not eaten fast food off any kind for going on 3 years now.... it just tastes like cardboard, and probably has the same nutritional value

Doesn't stop the temptation though...

I think everyone knew fast food was bad for you before that movie came out. They just didn't know how bad it was, or what affect it could really have on your body.
