Did the version number of Mail change after the update? Just wondering...

Yes it was 1.3.4 and it's now 1.3.7 (!). Let's hope all the bugs are gone now.

It's usually an internal build number.

Nope. The, now infamous, "Read Only" attachment bug is still present...

any printing things fixed? After 10.3.3 I had printing problems to my HP DeskJet 5650... anyone else?

The problem is it prints only 1 page, and it won't fully "eject" that page without manually pushing a button on it. If you ask it to print more than 1 page, it just won't print the others.

MB this will fix it.

Hmm. Well. First Software Update told me it couldn't expand and verify the package, and now there's a network error.

It won't install for me. I repaired permissions, but I still get the following error:

"The update 'Security Update blah, blah' could not be verified and expanded correctly. Make sure you have permission to write to /tmp/501/TemporaryItems/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate, then try again."

Any suggestions?

It's just a security fix. I doubt it's designed to fix non-security bugs.

version tracker says system requirements are 10.3.2

does this mean it's redundant for 10.3.3?

No, it requires 10.3.3. VersionTracker is wrong. Don't trust it.

Before the update Mail was taking around 90 seconds just to quit. After the update Mail is back to normal and quits instantly.
