How can I transfer MP3s and such to my phone using BlueTooth, I've connected my phone (Alltell Razr V3c) to my MacBook Pro and I have succesfully updated the address books, but I couldn't figure out how to transcer files.

You can also select the mp3-file in Finder and use the menu Finder->Services->Send file to Bluetooth device.

You sync your Address Book with the help of iSync.
