It did have the random shutdown problem, but I took it to my local Apple Store to get fixed and it has been working great since then (new logic board, new heatsink). One of the A/C adapters buzzes sometimes, but AppleCare will replace it if you want them to. I am looking for an Xbox 360 Premium with a few extras like games and whatnot, plus $1100 in cash. It must be in good working condition and not have the overheating problem. I am not interested in the Core version; I want the hard drive, wireless controller, etc.

Yeah that's just a wee bit low I put about $1950 into it and I want to get at least $1100 cash plus a 360. The cash difference there is $850 and they're selling 360 Premiums for as low as $379 now. Toss in a game or two and some accessories and that's still like $400 off what I paid.
