So i am all about personalizing everything i own. On my pc, I have done every little tweak possible, from adding simple .ini, and registry hacks, to fully skinning, and using a tweaked explorer, that isnt even calleed explorer (explorerstang.exe).... and so on.

Now I have seen some of these "personalization" programs for OSX, but only like Widgets (which i have already), and a skinning program called "Shapeshifter".

Does anybody know of any good Tweaking/ Customization programs for OSX?
And will my ibook G3/900, be able to handle them w/640mb ram, and 10.3.9 (hopefully tiger in the next couple of days)?

And what are some different personilzation/ tweak jobs, you all have done??

Im also looking to spend no money here

Only thing i know for making osx look different is stuff like Shapeshifter -which you already know about- and CandyBar. Candybar is an app that makes changing your icons alot easier.

Oh and BTW shout out to you from Hamilton!

Moved from iBook to GUI Customization

Not that it is too big of a deal... but why the push to migrate away from Macnn? Especially when MacThemes Forums seem to be down quite a bit

@Stangg - the no money does present its own set of issues... I can only recommend that every penny spent at Unsanity is well spent. All have 15 day trials so that is worth it in itself. No, I am not a shareholder or developer for Unsanity.
ShapeShifter [for the guikit skins]
MightyMouse [for cursor replacement - can use WinXP cursors too]
Silk [for fonts]
WindowShade [for additional window control]
Xounds [for additional sound effects while working - I personally love this one]

There are was to do some of this manually - if you got skillz, but I really can't recommend it.
Reinstalling your OS cause you snowed yourself in suxx - everytime.
