Every so often, I'll open up my ibook (G4, 1ghz) from sleep mode, and I'll get a battery almost dead warning. Problem is, the battery if nearly fully charged. After a minute or so it's "smartens up" and shows the correct level and the warning goes away.

Just wondering if this is one of those flaky things I put up with, or if there is something I can do, a setting I can change that will fix this.

It's a once a month deal, so it doesn't HAVE to get fixed, but....

I've gotten that once or twice before. I just deal with it.

I've gotten that once. Then I realised my Energy Saver settings were optimised for plugged-in use, and changed them accordingly when I was away from a power outlet. Haven't seen it since. ^^;

This happened to me once. It was after draining the battery nearly dead (1 minute left), closing it, charging overnight, and opening it in the morning. Additionally, for some reason my energy saver settings were set like Forte's. I recommend not worrying about it at all.
