Is there a calling app that’ll let me make free international calls? I’ve noticed that some require a fee. Though they charge less than the regular international feess, I wanna know if I could find an app that would allow me to make calls overseas minus the charges. Let me know if there is. Thanks!

Skype, Facetime, anything like it so long as you are calling computer to computer and contacting a phone isn't a part of the equation.
Thanks for the response. I use Skype, Facetime and Viber most of the time. Yep, what I was referring to is calling a traditional land line or mobile phone. Is there an app for such?
