1998 Jeep Cherokee. Gunmetal blue.

Not surprised to see lots of VWs and BMWs here. Seems like a "Macish" car. Lookin at Audis myself. Love my Jeep though.

1987 Dodge Shelby Charger GLHS - currently awaiting engine repairs. The baddest little box on the road! I drove that thing from Anchorage, Alaska to Santa Fe, New Mexico thoughout college, then on to New York for the boat ride to Liverpool. You could say we've been through a lot together.

1988 Saab 9000 Turbo - 168,000 miles, bought for 600. Still goes very well, Engine/gearbox like new. Rust not very obvious yet but in the hidden places (particularly on the doors) becoming a problem.

iMac DV 400Mhz Lime

iBook SE 366Mhz Graphite

PowerBook 520c with the PPC daughtercard (120Mhz 603e)

All hard drives perpetually nearly full. No money for a burner or external drive.

LandRover series II Discovery TD5, why because it is the best machine by far (sorry jeep owners), just like my titanium G4. Here's the laugh, when I was younger in the UK I wanted an Audi Quattro 4wd 5 cylinder turbo, now that I'm older I do have a 4wd 5 cylinder turbo only that its a diesel...

Hey Kelix - nice Holden. I had one of those (well, the slightly less sporty model) when I lived in Brissie. Sold it for pretty damn near what I bought it for too.

Now I'm in London this G4/400 and iBook dual USB user drives a bright red 2001 1.8i Mazda MX5 (that's a Miata to our American colleagues, and a Eunos Roadster to the Japanese). It's manual (of course), and goes like the clappers on the motorway.

ROTFL!!

That reminds me of when my mate Jason and I used to take his old Horizon out to the back trails by the airport in Anchorage and go "2 by 4ing". Heh! Talk about petrol and mud lowering the IQ. We seriously realigned the suspension settings getting out of some of those places but interestingly only ever got properly stuck when we took his Dad's Suburban out.

I think this thread is a waste of time but...

1974 American Motors Gremlin ("X" sport package)

4.2 Liter I-6, 95,000 miles, Yellow, roof rack, originally with Levi's denim seats and A/C (both now sacrificed to the god of time)

btw... Gremlins are NOT the car in Wayne's World. That's a Pacer. Pacers were large and round and slow, Gremlins were a Hornet with the back end chopped off. Same car company, different car.

Only if GHz == adreneline. If it did I'd probably have to supplement my Mac with a dual Athlon (it would be a hell of a lot cheaper than a wrenching on the car). Then I could drive an Audi TT.

Beige G3/266... waiting for a dual 1GHz G4...

I'll add my vehicle to the fray...

I drive a 2001 GMC Sierra extended cab, short box 1500 SLE V8. It sports a two-toned exterior with polo green on top and pewter on bottom. The interior is graphite (with bucket seats), and it's maxed-out with every possible addition and feature (though I still need to install my sub).

This is one sweet vehicle IMHO. Of course, I *am* from Texas, ya know...

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you "The Woody"

1989 Mercury Grand Marquis Station Wagon, replete with faux-wood plastic siding (flakes off if you look at it). Prior to owning it, the car had been in three accidents, and two fires; one where it was parked in the driveway of a burning building, one where it unaccountably Just Caught Fire One Day.

A wedding gift from my mother-in-law, it is a four-wheeled chariot of certain death, designed to send me to my maker, and therefore free up my wife to marry someone more suitable.

I thank you.

Now that's a fine piece of automobile! Does that have the 430ci engine? GVW of close to 3 tons, right? I once had a 69 Buick Riviera with that engine and it was a beast, I had it up to about 140.

As for me, at the moment a 1981 Toyota Landcruiser FJ-60, with a 3" lift, and 33's. Ugly but functional. (Maybe it's why I dont like aqua)
