Is there a way to resize and/or change the number of partitions without having to backup and then totally trash the disk. There are obviously utilities on other platforms (Partition magic on Windows / Linux), I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything for the Mac.
Even a utility on just a darwin bootable CD would be sufficient.

Cheers

Gaffa.

Currently there is not such an app. It would be great though!

the only one I know of is FWB Harddisk ToolKit, which runs in OS 9 and works only with drives with its own driver, which means you have to overwrite the apple driver before repartitioning.

I haven't tried this out though...
