iChat: multiple accounts, one buddy list?

I currently use Adium for my chatting, but with the new features in iChat 4 plus the birth of my niece and god daughter (that's two babies, not one ) video chat has suddenly become more interesting to me.
So I opened up iChat and set up my accounts (1 personal AIM, 1 business AIM, 1 GTalk). Much to my surprise, that gave me three separate buddy list windows. My 24" monitor may give me plenty of space, but I can think of better uses for it than having three whole windows of buddy lists.
Is there any way to get iChat to combine all my buddy lists into a single window as Adium does? Or are my options basically to either a) stick with Adium and only use iChat when I want to video chat, b) deal with having 3 different buddy windows, or c) consolidate all my chatting into a single username?

Nope. No way. Another reason I don't like iChat. You can't connect to multiple IM services in one window either. And even when you do, it's dodgy.
iChat is just for AIM only, and really only useful at handling one account at a time. I never understood the need to have different accounts for home/work etc though.

Chax can provide a unified "All Contacts" list, among other things.

I have Chax 2.1.1 installed and I do not see anywhere for a preference to have a unified contact list. Please point me in the right direction.
