Here is a good explanation of what WindowServer is and what can make it eat up so much CPU and power. In short, it's the process that makes the displayed windows on your screen do what they do - show up, update, etc. With very dynamic windows the process will eat up more CPU cycles and thus more power.

Servers are always huge machines and consume a lot of battery or electricity as well because server is operating many computers at a time. If I generally say I like the server that you’ve described in this SPAMLINK article because it fulfills all the capabilities of a server. Thanks

What is it with this one-post wonders popping up on the forums lately?
Some of them are spammers. They make a post, wait a few days and then edit it to add a spam link. Some of them are thing one-thing two, with one person asking a question and another supplying an answer that happens to include a spammy link. Some of them are legit - simply people googling, finding us, posting once and then going back to reddit or whatever.

The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

The registration room is hip-deep in the blood and viscera of the failed spammers. A few of the smarter ones manage to survive the ordeal by floating quietly beneath the thick gore of their brethren to the exit.
You merely see those survivors. Once they surface for breath, though, they are dealt with appropriately.

Case in point, our friend up there edited his post to advertise some site about educational birds.
