I was doing my monthly Software Update on my PowerBook and when I select Software Update from the Apple menu the status bar loads part way then the window comes up saying that I have new software to update but nothing shows up. I tried going through the system preferences and it tells be it cannot connect to the internet. I have tried restarting the computer but nothing changed. Accessing Software Update works fine on my desktop. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks for your time.
