To dislike Sinatra is a sign of highly questionable taste. To dislike the Beatles is a serious character flaw.

Some parts of it remind me of nickel cobalt. (Gasp! He said the n-word!)

I don't care for the titlebar widgets and progress bar and I think the bevel should be made less blurry at the edges.

I like it. It has a lot of depth that I think works very well with OS X's drop-shadows. I almost feel I could reach out and pick up that window.

The first impression is really really good. Though I'm missing some of the clearcut graphics from the tabs and buttons in the scrollbar and radio-buttons. If you can make them as clear as the tabs, you've got a winner for me!

I think it's pretty decent. It's a bit like a "modern" version of Max's Brushed Metal theme. The only comments I have are:
The highlight colors:
The widgets - I would make them "glow" red, green and yellow in their hover state.
Progress bar - Some other color other than purple... maybe just a darker gray/charcoal
The Bevel - The bevel around the window is just too big and gaudy. The them is strong, but in an elegant kind of way... almost subtle. Make the bevel half the size and I think you're there!

Seriously, that thing is gorgeous, buddy. I hope you build it. There have not been many really nice skins in awhile.

It's almost sure that I'll send the first usable beta to the betatesters next weekend, just a few more elements to complete the system skinning.
The definitive preview is like this (I couldn't implement the menubar gradients):
Beta 2.1 (22/12/05)

Looks good but I prefered beta 1.1's general style but with more crisp elements. Beta 2.1 seems so much like other themese out there and less unique.

Many of the elements used in old versions weren't doable, besides that beta was poor in general
