Hey, you guys have always been able to provide me with good fixes when things are overdue...how 'bout this one?
I need to install a generic printer PPD so that InDesign can access it. Right now the PPD is set on device independent, which is not what our printer wants.....

You can add printers, and point to the OS9 printer descriptions.
They're located in:
os9:System Folder:Extensions rinter Descriptions:

Thanks...turns out a prinergy refiner was what I needed...if anybody needs something to make PDFs with, I would highly recommend it over InDesign's PDF engine, which is better than Quark's by a long shot, but still does some wierd things.
