I am having a hard time finding exactly what kind of RAM and hard drive to upgrade in this iBook:

apple-history.com

Is this correct RAM?
Canada Computers - Memory > Notebook Memory > DDR 333 PC-2700 : Kingston ValueRAM 1GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Notebook Memory (KVR333X64SC25/1G).

And is this an "Ultra ATA/100 R6" hard drive that would also work?
Canada Computers - Hard Drives > Notebook Drives > 2.5" IDE Drives : Western Digital Scorpio Blue (WD1200BEVE) 120GB PATA 5400 RPM 8MB Cache 2.5" Laptop Hard Disk (OEM).

Thanks for your help, these stupid product/technical names drive me nuts!

Yes on both counts.
The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.
