Anyone have a link or something to a definitive guide to using a hosted Exchange server (Rackspace) with Mail.app/iCal/Address Book in Snow Leopard? Really looking for some guidance here. Thank you for any help.

1. Click the + to add an account.
2. Enter the email address and password for your hosted Exchange account.
3. Let it do the Exchange autoconfiguration magic.
4. Leave the boxes checked for setting up Address Book/iCal.
5. There is no step 5.

The above works provided your Exchange service is using EWS and your Mac is running Snow Leopard.

Let me clarify. Setup is fine. I'm looking for information about operations. I'm finding out that these things do not necessarily play together as advertised.

Which problems are you having with SL and Exchange?
iCal's various retardedness?
Mail crashing all the time with large folders?
I'm very interested in the guide to fixing those.

Yes. Exactly. And also a bad contact entry on Exchange syncing with address book and crashing address book on launch and then crashing mail.app on launch too. Fixing or avoiding that kind of thing.
