hi guys, lets see if any of u guys can help out, i need to get one of those new G4 iMacs in a carry on bag, i can use the biggest size possible, can i unattach the screen or what?

Nope. Unless you want to disassemble the machine in entirety, the screen is fixed.

I think the only ways for you to transport the machine are using a specially-designed, hard travel case or the original packaging in which the machine came in.

There is a custom bag for it, that has padding meant to protect the iMac in travel.
