I am having a really difficult time reaching tech support for my new MBA 13". I am in the Philippines, and the phone support here sucks, so I want to try the online support. I have already signed up for this support, but I cannot access it because of some glitch in their identification system. I typed in my apple id, which is my email address, and my password. However, it does not recognize me and wants me to create a new Apple ID. When I try to do that, using the same information as before, it then tells me that there is already an ID created using that email address.
and so I am effectively blocked
I just need to communicate with a live person to resolve numerous issues that take too long to explain here. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
