I know that I have posted a similar post regarding this inquiry, but it is possible to use these labels for icons and folders.

On the last post, someone had refered me to Labels X, but I did not see the option of uploading your own labels in the app. Would I be able to use those labels?

Thanks

You can change the labels in ThemePark but when I tried to modding them and putting a few of these in it didn't work. At all. So I don't know what to tell you.

How isn't possible? I've changed labels before, but gave up because I don't have the patience. They're divided up like buttons, so I see no reason to not use those colours. I'll try...

Yeah it pretty much works if you change them using Themepark. The label graphic is actually one element, a 1 pixel x 17 pixel slice that the finder just tiles. Just copy and paste a slice matching that size from that deviant art link above. I got rid of the lighter edge because it looked weird.

Changing how labels look in menus requires more work though. oh just noticed list view has its own labels as well so changing the elements above won't effect list view - only icon and column view.

LX allows you to change the colors of labels... so I don't know what you're talking about with "uploading your own labels".

I think he meant changing the entire look, such as removing the gradient, or making a shiny style. Several themes do this.
