Looks like Hillary Clinton with a pink beard headlining this year’s WWDC.

The proper way to wear a chin mask. Make sure mouth and nose are uncovered for easy talking.

Just wearing the latest version of one of Steve's black polo necks. Made using that black that is the blackest black ever.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

So it's true to the original then.

If Alexa ever gains sentience and murders my family it will be because of the frequency with which she's asked to play that song.

The original had a certain charm, and was actually singable.

It’s not awful enough to be worth googling. It’s more bad when taken in the context of the original.

It’s hyper-velocity EDM, with all the vocals pitch-shifted to death. Not the worst example of that I guess, but it’s so processed the connection to the original barely exists.

The first one was a meme song by accident. This time they're going hard on the memes and banking on nostalgia (and shock?) to pull it through.

Someone is about to be fired in the Ukraine military chain of command. At least, I hope so. Click through for the pictures.
Ukrainian authorities have found themselves buried in controversy after official pictures showed female soldiers practising for a parade in heels.

Ukraine is preparing to stage a military parade next month to mark 30 years of independence following the Soviet Union’s breakup, and the defence ministry on Friday released photographs of fatigue-clad women soldiers marching in mid-heel black pumps.
Definitely ridiculous in my opinion. Those soldiers signed up to fight for their country, or pay college debt, etc. Not to be fashion models in a comedy show.

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense has defended its decision to train female soldiers to march in high heels, following an outcry from local lawmakers.
First law of holes: if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

Someone in the Ministry is oblivious to this - or has a financial arrangement with a high-heels factory. They're still training real soldiers to march a parade in heels. I've yet to think of a plausible reason to do this.

For whatever it’s worth, first class militaries don’t have parades, because governments with first class militaries don’t have anything to prove.

I’ve always assumed this is why the Pentagon made sure Trump’s parade never made it off the ground.

I never met this person, but I happen to know his mom, and that’s my grade school mentioned in the article (though it was in a different location when I went).

He wasn’t in a gang as far as I know. That’s kind of a sketchy area. I would feel uncomfortable being there at 2:30a.

Perhaps there were just out of the normal sized box for a shipment that size and the worker just had to get it out the door anyway? Maybe? I'm just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here! SMH

My guess is it’s their packing algorithm. They needed to fill this size space in a truck.

Figured my theme was probably more applicable to this thread. Facebook has pivoted from showing me random items of clothing for sale on women with...specific...body types, to showing prom dresses for sale. The models of said prom dresses carry certain implications about age that are a bit distressing.

Seriously, here are my "top picks." There's another prom dress a couple lines down as well.

The actor who played Todd Packer in The Office got a DUI.

As a refresher, Todd Packer is the character with a DUI.

And now in India, parents sue their son and daughter-in-law for not giving them grandchildren after 6 years of marriage.
Sadhana and Sanjeev Prasad, who live in Haridwar, a city in northern Uttarakhand state, filed a petition this month seeking 50 million Indian rupees (about $643,000) in damages from their son, 35, and his wife, 31.
...
"They said they didn't marry (their son and daughter-in-law) off so that they can live alone ... So they said that in the next year, either give us a grandchild or give us compensation."
Weird, but Indian law might give them some leverage. Apparently, elderly parents can legally claim a monthly allowance from their children, to take care of themselves. Can familial duty be legally enforced or fined? I guess we'll find out.

For years, Waze and I have had a disagreement about the ideal route to the expressway.

About 6 months ago it started agreeing with me.

This creeps me the fuck out… I got into a fight with an AI.

FWIW, several US states have filial responsibility laws on the books, though they’re mainly used to address financial obligations, not procreation issues.
