Hey out there. This one is for any of you who understand a good prank. I need a little tech support to do it.

I have a bunch of pre-recorded stuff on my Powerbook and I want to call an old friend and be able to hear him through the speaker and send various sounds through the phone. It's kind of a similar operation that those guys who do those celebrity phone calls do.

Any ideas on how to do this? Oh yeah, I'm running OS X 10.2.

You would need a handless phone headset thingy. Plantrontics makes them. Not only does it provide a headset for your phone, some of the models will route the audio through in and out jacks - run these to your Mac and your all set.
