Heya'll -
My college installed printers with Duplexers the begining of this school year and in that time, I've become completly addicted. I like printing books and printing and binding them as I wish them, to look like a book - and not meerly as stack of paper, is much nicer.
My brother, an Apple employee, told me to be careful - just because a printer works with OS X doesn't mean the duplexer will...
So good people of MacNN, tell me - what Laser Printers do you know have working duplexers that work with OS X? Currently operating OS 10.3 on an iMac G4 17".
My price range is about 300$ - so of course I'm looking on the Used market. If anyone has any sugestions, I'd appreciate them greatly.

$300 is a bit difficult.
The Kyocera-Mita FS 1020D (selling in Germany for about 350 Euro including VAT, so about 300 Euros without VAT) has a duplexer installed and does 20 ppm, has Postscript 3 installed, etc.
A nifty printer.

I have an HP Laserjet 2200 that does a great job at duplexing, but it's a bit out of your price range. Great, reliable printer tho'.

Yes, I could've mentioned a couple other printers, too. But the price is an issue here ...

I'm looking at this Brother laser printer:
http://www.brother.com/usa/printer/i...170dn_fea.html
It's got an ethernet port built in, is rendezvous ready, postcript emulation, duplex printing. It may be a little out of your budget at $399, but they do claim Mac OS X compatibility.

Every Postscript printer is OS X compatible if there is a way to connect it to your Mac (network, USB).
