I removed a number of video files from my iTunes folder that's under " Users " rather than

deleting them from the iTunes app itself. its much easier to do that way ' in bulk ' Ive saved them on an

external hard drive. however now , the iTunes app itself still thinks they are in the ' library ' and when i click

on one of these titles it says it cannon locate it

Id lilke to know if there is a way for iTunes the application to update itself based on what's actually in the

iTunes library ie its folder under Users
