anyone try it?
and im still workin on teh switch. but im debating between the size of the hd. im looking at 40, btu should i get a 60 and not have to worry EVER?

Take what you can afford. But prioritize your bucks on ram.

the specs for the ibook g4 say that it only supports up to 640mb ram I thought. Is that note true? Can I really benefit from 1152mb?

I guess it depends on what you are going to use your iBook for. I wouldn't buy it for that price. A person would be better off waiting until the price comes down.
