OK, not the most glamourous topic to talk about, but does anyone use this type of software?
I'm looking for, ideally, a cross platform solution that also allows it to work on a laptop while out and about and when they rejoin the network or internet everything like the diary, to do lists and tasks sync up with the other users in the company. Also email/letter/fax tracking is very important.

I've found a few via versiontracker and google, but i would like to hear from anyone who has used a CRM package on Mac OS X and M$ based peecees.

thanks...

EDIT : wrong forum, could a admin move this please, [/muppet]

I HIGHLY recommend DayLite by Marketcircle

VERY responsive developers, great application, and it's only getting better

You may want to look into Goldmine.
www.frontrange.com/goldmine
I don't have any personal experience with their products, but they have a feature called "iGoldmine" which allows access to your customer information from any web browser, regardless of OS. This is probably the best (or only) way to handle cross-platform CRM. I'm not sure if other CRM apps (Act, DayLight, MYOB) offer a similar feature.

ACT! doesn't. And MYOB really isn't CRM. It's more accounting with some minor CRM features.

You'll probably want to give NOW Up-to-date a go then. It's cross platform and works quite well.
