They finally posted the list for compatible devices: http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/isync/devices.html

What makes me sick is Apple somehow managed to support latest Nokia Series 60, but disabled support for Nokia's stereo MP3-phones(6630, 6680). I was going to buy 6680, but Apple says buy an iPod and a crappier phone. If it wasn't technically possible Nokia 7610 wouldn't be supported either.

6230 is great but it isn't Series 60 which is what Apple has decided to support. I sent email about Nokia PC suite OS X to Nokia and I got nice reply saying "We don't tell anything about our future products", which means it's theoretically possible that they'll support OS X sometime. It could be possible since they released Nokia Connector..

Did you see about the caller ID feature that goes along with Bluetooth phones. It is talked about here:

That's actually in Panther. I'd rather have SMS chat integrated into iChat.

Via bluetooth? That would be sweet. I love my Nokia 6630 but I'll be upset if it isn't supported. Maybe I'll have to go for another phone, maybe a Treo.

IM-based chat is one of my favorite features of the Treo. It's so incredibly useful. Some other phones have it but limit it to one conversation. The Treo will keep all SMS messages in chat-format.

Ah well, "supported" is used rather loosely by Apple anyway.

When I iSync the "Sync to mobile" group I made in my address book with my SE K700i, no address data is transferred (even when there's a work and a home address), business numbers that do not have a name attached to them do not get transferred at all, and business numbers that do have a name attached to them are then found under that name in the phone's name list, not under the business' name.

I think that's more of a limitation of the K700 though (which I have also). I don't use it as a PDA so it's not a big deal, but I really wish Apple had picture sync support for all of S?E's phones instead of just the PDA ones.
