Trying some of the old tricks of the finder, I tried option double clicking a folder in the finder. If I am in ICON view, the new window opens (I have the prefs to open new window when double clicked), and the old window is gone. Okay, fine.

However, when I try the same routine, when in LIST view, the cursor pointer turns into a hand on the first click and then nothing happens. Nothing opens.

Why in one view does it work and not in another?

Once the cursor turns into a hand, drag up and down to scroll.

Note, though, that this feature doesn't draw properly, so as of this version of the beta it's totally worthless. Besides which, I'd rather have the Opt-double-click do the same thing in all three modes.
