I "gave" my buddy flesh-eating disease and syphyllis for Christmas last year. They sit prominently on top of his TV. The flesh-eating critter even has a little knife and fork stitched on the outside of it.

They're super-awesome!

Gave my 3-yr old niece the basic Streptococcus for Christmas last year (for the record, she called it an "owl").

It's sorta tradition. After all, I gave my brother Chicken Pox (for real) for his first Christmas ever....
