I've got a 10.3.3 System trying to share files in a XP network. The PCs are able to see it in Explorer, but when they try to access it, they get a log-in screen with the username "guest" and it's not possible to change it, although this user doesn't exist on the mac, as far as i know. what i need is a way to change the username or the password to enter for guest access. Any help?

You need to use the username/password that you are using for your Mac. Not sure why you can't change it. You should be able to.

Try creating a user under Windows with the same username/password as you Mac and see if you can use that.
