Comes with the box, the headphones, the case, the manual, and all the little ear fittings. They work amazingly well, but I moved to a new house that isn't so close to the gym anymore. I'm going to start riding on the roads instead of a stationary bike, so I can't be having all the noise blocked out anymore.
