Ibook G4 laptop bought at the flea market

ok about a week ago i bought an iBook G4 12 inch laptop at the flea market. It has OS X 10.4.7 tiger the thing here is the guy didnt have the utility discs so i can wipe the hard drive. how do i go about getting the discs and is that al ill need in order to wipe the HD?

I would say 99% sure it's stolen. What Mac user sells a laptop without the restore CDs, and for only $100, no less?

Really, I mean what Mac user sells a Mac at all without the original box, case candy, plastic wrap with the "If you open this package you agree to the licensing terms" sticker in 17 different languages, styrofoam spacers and everything else?

If it ISN'T stolen (there are stupid people - some are even Mac users - who have no idea how much what they own is really worth), you can always try eBay or check the MacNN and MacRumors marketplaces for people selling Tiger/Panther CDs.
