In a sense, anything Disk Utility [currently] displays about ACLs is not an "error".
It's just reporting the fact that it wasn't expecting to see a particular entry there.
For all Disk Utility knows (or could know), the user put those ACLs there
deliberately.
Therefore -- and rightly so -- it will
not attempt to change ("fix") any ACLs.
It's just reporting them, for informational purposes.
Unless you want to study a lot about Access Control Lists, wataru's advice is sound.
(It looks like someone logged into the GUI as a root user, and some ACLs were put
on those particular folders by the OS... which is most likely quite normal).
