Once again, you're ignoring me, the new hardrive I had to order (and pay $45.90 for on eBay) arrived today, I swapped the drives out and guess what the iPod works fine now, so wether it was working when you sent it or not is not the question here, the HD was toasted when I got it and I had to pay to fix it myself, I would like the $45.90 I paid for the drive refunded to me please.

I specifically stated in the ad that there currently is no OS on the machine. It used to run OS9, but I formatted the drive and put it back in the machine. However, it is capable of running OSX.

ok guys i got the imac nothing wrong with it
except ups royally ****ed it by dropping it on its corner from on top of sears tower
and the bad thing is the thing was clearly packed well that is why i said it fell off sears tower
and boy does he ship fast
