Hi folks!

I just received my new PB12, installed MS OfficeX and Keynote and the latter just crashes at startup.
The crashlog talks about bad access exception..

Actually, the same exception comes up with Safari _constantly_, almost always when I enter text in webpages. Ok, but that's still beta (kind of)...

Anyone have some ideas?

I'm a little bit annoyed by this already


Michael, just downloading camino (with a PC, because that also crashed with Safari).

So, I took a closer look at the logs...

Seems like it's always a call to

0x93a57bf4 in _ZN7c4_View11AddPropertyERK11c4_Property

that's causing the 0x1 exception.

Does any of you know what this is about and what I should do?

Now, as a first try I'll iron the disk and reinstall only the DVD - although I can't believe Apple sent me a broken OS.

Edit: A reinstall cleared things up, thanks God. I really didn't expect the thing to be BOA (buggy on arrival).
