Hey everybody! Long-time forum lurker and Mac customization fan. I recently played around with a theme idea in Themepark. Here's a screenshot of the untitled 'theme'.

Hope you guys like it!

Be gentle, I'm a GUI n00b

how about

After Eight

cuz the titlebar reminds me of the after eights choc box.

P.S. I think you need to fixthe menubar items. it should not show like that.

Uhhh.... the Widgets are AWESOME! Very Matrixesque. Maybe a name could come from that. Like "Morpheus" or "Red Pill" or something. The menubar is awful though. It obviously doesn't go witht he theme at all, and is sickeningly garish in it's own right. You should base the rest of the theme around the Widgets. There still isn't a proper matrix theme for OSX. Just one or two nasty green-tinted aqua mods with a couple of matrix code patterns slapped on.
I look forward to seeing progress on this theme.

Welcome to MacNN by the way!

I'd call it "Radioactive Goo 1.0"

Lookin good so far, but I would have made the middle part of the titlebar be the same green glossy look as the endcaps, then use a light/neon green text color. But that's just my opinion, It's yor theme so you can do whatever you want. Have fun with it and take your time.

I'm sorry, the titlebar colors were the defaults in Themepark.. meaning I haven't had the time to replaced them with original ones yet. Sorry about that one.

Thanks for the kind welcome

I thought about doing that, but the title itself cannot glow am I right? So I just shoved a 'noised up' texture into Photoshop to fill in the boring title area.

I think I will call it Red Pill [by Ozzpot] or Scanline [by Cube3]. Thanks everyone!
I'll try my hardest to finish the theme to a point where it is usable (no BBXing, as the popular expression goes)

Reminds me of the halo armor theme that was being worked on a long time ago.

The center of the titlebar looks like carbon fiber.

Maybe Carbonite?

I wanna know where you got the mouse cursor? I'd like to have it

I like the titlebar endcaps, no ideas for a name though.

I took the 'Copy cursor' (the one with the green plus orb) and photoshopped out the orb
It's simple and I bet you can do one better than me. Oh and I applied it using Mighty Mouse from Unsanity. or pm me for the graphic

Progress report:
This theme, temporarily named RED PILL, is progressing quite nicely. I am finishing up the menus and menubars. Next will be push buttons and scrollers. I have good ideas for those

I hope you guys will like it!
