It seems FCE HD will only output audio through a Firewire camera/deck. Apple suggest connecting external monitors to the camera/deck. This is dissapointing, as I have a Firewire audio interface and monitors which I'd like to use.

I remember previous versions of FCE featuring Firewire audio routing as an option but I can't see it in FCE HD. Can I get around this and have the software output directly to my audio interface? I feel many target users will have this arrangement in their editing rooms and would want this function.

Sorted. I've simply had to change my system output routing, which I'd rather not do, but it works.
