Hi

I need to get a laptop for work. I'm pushing for a Mac and would love to get a MacBook Pro. However, it'll be difficult to justify this to other staff if we can't run a version of Photoshop on it. Will PSE 3 run reasonably smoothly until the UB comes out?

Thanks

Well you can certainly run Photoshop. Photoshop CS works fine on my Macbook Pro and I know a couple people who run CS2 on theirs. I don't see why Elements would be any different.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 3 on my 24" iMac and don't notice a big difference between it and my Rev. A 20" G5 iMac in speed.

Great to hear. Thanks. I'd heard stories about poor performance from non-UB apps.
