It leaves me gobsmacked, how the hell are they able to manufacture these tiny hard drives. I can't imagine how they do it. Anyone give me a clue ?

I have on the odd occasion taken 3.5 and 2.5 drives apart from pure curiosity, I just can't forsee how in 10 or so years when I get to pull apart one of these drives how I could possibly ever manage it. I'd probably manage to get the cover off but hey you'd probably need a microscope fo the rest

Standard hard drives already operate so precisely that it defies belief. Shrinking it down is not that big a deal, when you consider that the technology already requires parts to be more accurate than the size of a smoke particle!
