Convertng a PDF to a PowerPoint slide show?

I have a 32 page "awards dinner program" PDF I created in InDesign. I sent the client a PDF, and they intend to print it, but they also want a 32 slide PowerPoint show to display at the dinner... I am unfamiliar with PowerPoint
I have PowerPoint 2004 for Mac & InDesign in CS 5.5/
I am using a Mac 10.6.8
I have Adobe Professional X'
Is there any easy way to convert in en masse?
Do I have to take each PDF page by page and load it onto one PowerPoint slide by slide?
Help... Job due Next Weds!
Anyone?

I would try to export each page out of Indesign in jpg format... and then yes manually place those in powerpoint 32 times. However, if the inDesign document is not formatted like a slide it might look bad or the images may seem small.
Might be best, I hate to say it, but to create the presentation in powerpoint with powerpoint text. Take the design, create a plain background in photoshop (export out of indesign maybe) and then make that the background graphic. Proceed to copy and paste text and images.

Yeah, the formatting is what is going to trip you up. I imagine the printed piece is formatted in portrait orientation, while the default for Powerpoint is landscape. You're probably going to have to re-make every page to fit the Powerpoint frame.

Well...You can create a portrait-oriented Powerpoint. The problem is that Powerpoint is meant to be projected onto a screen, and screens are landscape-oriented.

Yeah... been messing w/PowerPoint since I posted... I think saving the PDF as jpegs and then doing a page by page PPS is the simplest & cheapest method.
