Can anyone get me the .icns or a tiff file of a larger version of the generic white command key? Does one exist? If not, could someone with an old set of Jaguar icons give me a copy of the old black "key caps" icon? That's gone in Panther...

Character Palette -> Unicode -> Unicode Blocks -> Miscellaneous Technical -> PLACE OF INTEREST SIGN
You can search the Mac OS X section of these fora to find out how to view the Character Palette if you don't already know.

I wasn't looking for the command symbol. I mean the icon that used to be for Key Caps, or a larger version of the white button icon that has not replaced it.

You can download a little app called KeyKaps here.
This app's icon is in fact an Apple keyboard (newest white).
Also, Butler has a built-in white key icon, but it's only 16x16.
