Image in dock BG?

I seem to remember an app that let you put a PDF of something like that for the dock's "fill." Is that still around? If so, does it work with 10.4.8?
If not, are there other solutions to getting some kind of texture or something? I don't use the magnify option, and I want to put a thick black line at the top edge of the dock so as to mimic VOID

cleardock from Unsanity allows you to customize it a little... but sadly only so much, like I think what you are trying to do - it can't... you could throw your monitor settings out of focus. That should thicken the line. 
Skin a Dock was great. Try A-Dock, nice skins there.
