When you go to MTV's new webRIOT page while using a mac, you are presented with the following screen:
Sorry, but if you have a Mac you're not
going to be able to play webRIOT. But
you can still watch the show, so tune
into MTV on November 29th at 5 p.m.
(ET/PT).
Why did they choose to omit Mac users from this game, and how did they come to this decision? I hoped they would explain more than sorry, you can't use a mac. Isn't the goal of entertainment on the internet to be platform independant. I think we should e-mail MTV to complain of their decsion, so they might at least give us insight into future mac compatibility or lack thereof.
