I use a program which automatically downloads torrents for me as they become available (torrentcasts, etc.). However, it always opens torrents into Democracy. I want it to open torrents into Transmission, how do I set the default application for opening torrents?

All you need to do is have the torrent file selected with your point and just click on file -> open with -> other and then select the application you want to use and make sure the always open with box is checked.

Thanks! I figured that out shortly after I posted this on the forums.

Hmmm... I've always had Transmission as default, yet every time I change it to be the only program to open torrents, LimeWire decides to jump in and steal the default. I should probably delete LimeWire, I don't even use it anyways.
