The only way I can think of to respond to this post is to say that I can't think of a way to respond to this post.

I thought the first twenty years were the beginning!?

So is this the beginning of the beginning or the beginning of the middle or the beginning of the end or did MicroSoft just buy Mac OSX?

Ya this is just vaguely hinting at good products in the pipeline, it has nothing to do with OSX's interface or an Apple projector or anything like that.

That is, unless Apple it hinting at the NN forum redesign...

I just had the best idea ever: we should start taking bets on which will come first, the NN forum redesign, or the iPhone.

Nah, it's not that bad. The hampstor will be handicaped after the stroke and get a battery operated wheel. This will increase overall forum speed by 200%.

Check your ISP. I've been watching these things since they began and have always had a decent watchable live stream with only an occasional glitch. And even in good res. Granted, we have had super good connections up here since the late eighties, but still.

Perhaps nowadays the audience would be too big for live, but in the days of "iBook over Airport through hula hoop" (all-time favorite) I was amazed of how good the streams were. As for the current, delayed releases, I've never tried to watch them the second they're released, but an hour or so later it's been good.

I predict new Apple monitors with built-in iSight...
but now with built-in "lens flare".
