I recently upgraded to 9.1 and thought I'd start using iTools, but even though I have the plug-ins installed it still says that I need to download it! I found a "solution" to the problem on Apples site, but that was just as effective as banging my head into the monitor. Does anyone know any sort of fox to this problem?

what browser do you use?
i've noticed IE is almost the best browser to use for itools(unfortunately)

try deleting your cache, and cookies, and also try reinstalling the plugin. restart your browser, and try again.
