So I tried installing the Symphony Orchestra on a slightly under-specced eMac, and it turns out it wasn't such a good idea since it really can't handle the intruments. (Yes, I could upgrade the RAM, but I'm thinking of getting a new Mac mini soon.)
The HD space isn't a problem, but importing MIDI files into GB is; having it default to using the orchestral instruments increases the import time dramatically. I'm guessing someone will suggest removing the Jam Pack folder, but wouldn't that just remove the loops, while still keeping everything in Application Support/Garageband/Instrument Library?
So is there any easy way of uninstalling everything in one go, or do I have to start picking out files one by one from the instrument library?
