Is there some kind of tool that will let me see a webpage in FireFox (on PC and Mac), IE (PC), and the other main browsers?

You mean on Windows? Firefox should be the same so don't worry. IE, man don't know.

I should have clarified, sorry. I only have a Mac so I need a way to check how my website looks in FireFox on a PC and how it looks in IE on a PC. Is there some kind of tool or website that would let me do this from my Mac?

Yes! There's totally a website that's exactly like that (previews your website in just about any browser for MacOS or Windows, I think Linux too), I just can't remember what it's called.

There was another one that was free. The downside was that you had to wait a while for your request to be processed, and then it was posted on a public page.

...here it is, Browsershots

Browsershots is really nice. Only problem is that it doesn't take a full page capture. So your site will show the top half and then the bottom half. Doh! Other than that it's nice.

Here's the list of sites to Create screenshots with different browsers:
1. BrowserCam : Screen capture and Remote Access service for cross platform compatibility testing and HTML design quality assurance. (prices vary starting @ $19.95 per day)
2. BrowserPool (site is in German, $36.85 per month, they have a FREE account but not available to Mac users yet, only to PC users)
3. Browsershots (free)
4. SiteVista: Quick, easy compatibility testing for your web site ($9/one day, $19/one wk., $29/one month)

Mods: Maybe we need to make this a Sticky. Just rename title to "Online Tool to Create Screenshots in Different Browsers"

Virtual PC

Be nice if Firefox had "IE for win preview" as an extension.
